Intro
-----

Dont get me wrong, Generals is one of the greatest games ever, but occaisionally, you might come to find somthing that 'was way unfair' or 'too overpowered'.
This is where BalanceMod comes in.  This mod is designed to enrich the C&C gamer by changing a few of the values for units.  This doesnt make everything super powered and make you invincible, but it will enhance your game slightly.

Included with these modifications are some of the 'official' 1.4 balance changes, these are marked with a > symbol


Installation & Removal
----------------------

This is very simple, as only one file is needed to make the mod work.  

Just extract the file BalanceMod.big to your C&C: Generals folder (default Program Files\EA\Generals) and the changes will effect your next campaign, skirmish or multiplayer* game.

* you will both need to have the mod installed or you will get mismatch errors.


Removal is just as simple, just delete the file when you want to return to normal.  




Features
--------

China
 * Troop crawler is now 1500 but a lot more armoured.
 
 * Overlord is now 2400  

 > Nuke Cannon changed so it moves the same speed when damaged, not faster. 


USA
 * Flashbangs are now at the same range as machine guns. 

 * Humvees machine guns modified slightly.
  
 > Stealth Fighter hit points increased from 120 to 140. 

 > Aurora speed increased from 90 to 120 after it drops its bomb. 

 > Aurora 'Damaged' speed increased from 60 to 90


GLA
 * Stinger Site missiles are slightly stronger.

 > Tunnel Network build speed increased from 5 seconds to 20 seconds. 

 > Marauder hit points increased from 430 to 490. 


General
 * Rocket troops have more impact on harder targets.

 * Infantry Machine Guns & Rockets now have unique damages and rates of fire.

 * Infantry Machine Guns do slightly more damage & have higher ranges.
