File Description
This zip file contails ALL the necessary components to replace the patriot missile with a popup version. Normal, laser and EMP versions are included. Thanks to The Hunter for making the original turret (which you can see below), and to rich19 (that's me!) for editing it to get the other versions.
The kit is intended to introduce more people to modding - it shows you the directory structure and files needed to add your own unit/building. More skilled modders out there could try enabling this turret as an upgrade, or editing the model to include different weapons.

-------------------------- DIY MODDING --------------------------
Installation instructions: Simply place the Data and Art files into your generals root directory.
So for example, C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour
This is a "plug and play" mod - you do not need to add anything else yourself!
File contents: Full model sets and any required skins for three types of patriot battery: Normal, Lazer and EMP
Full code for all four USA sides for these; including weapon code, object code, a new armour set (popup patriots are more armoured), edited dozer command sets and command buttons.
Scripts for the AI so it uses these turrets instead of the originals
