HOW TO INSTALL

Dude, if you dont know how to by now ,then your a newb.

extract this this to you main generals dictory.
by defult this is C:\Program Files\EA games\Command and conquer generals
when thats done go in your dictory and make a Foulder called ART,then
make a another one inside it,call this one TEXTURES 
now put the skin in there and your done.
