DESCRIPTION:
  This is the mod for serious players who wants more balance than 
  previously found in official patch 1.02. 
  Furthermore, this mod strives to make the SW General more balanced 
  and enjoyable. That's right: no Alpha Auroras!" 

INSTALLATION:
  ** This modification is compatible with Command&Conquer Generals: Zero Hour 1.02 **

  Copy the *.big file to "My Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data\" 

  create a shortcut with added parameters to the executable:
       "C:\Games\Zero Hour\generals.exe" -mod nzbalance1.923.big

  Run Zero Hour using the shortcut.


OVERVIEW:

  - SUPER WEAPON GENERAL
    is no longer owerpowered and 1-dimensional. The focus of
    this mod is to make SW more superweapon-like, balance well against foes
    and most importantly: be more fun.
  
    * Strategy Center Particle Cannon
    * 5-star promotion for 1 extra particle cannon
    * Heavy Offensive Particle Emitter(HOPE) Tank
    * Comanche EMP Rocket barrage upgrade
    * Colonel Burton carries tactical nuke 
    * No Auroras
    * No Tanks
    * No Snipers

  - NORMAL CHINA
    China has been so boooring to play. They're ok, but lacks that certain
    something that makes others go "default china kicks ass!" 
    They now possess extra bonuses for flame stuff.
    
    * Refined Black Napalm. 100+% damage on flameweapons. Migs are evil now!.

  - INFANTRY GENERAL
    this faction has been a bit overpowered, so it is downscaled a bit.
    
    * 2 men pr Attack Outpost
    * No Nuke Cannon
    * Added Mortar Soldiers
      
  - TANK GENERAL
    Has been granted infernocannons to prevent stalemates
    
    * Inferno cannon added
   
  - LASER GENERAL
    a bit 1-dimensional and lesser powered. Tiny boosts.
    
    * Tiny boost in lasertank damage
 
  - AIRFORCE GENERAL
    
    * defense lasers are slightly less effective against patriot missiles.

  - ALL GLA GENERALS
    Some adjustments to invite more use of bombtrucks and battlebusses
   
    * Bombtrucks got more armor
    * Battlebus a bit more armor and a LOT more armor when picking crates 

  - ALL CHINA GENERALS
    boosts to internetcenter health (no longer a 1xparticle target)
    The Useless infernocannons has been upped.     

    * Internetcenter +25% health
    * Infernocannons gives more damage and ignites firestorm when in groups of 4 (instead of 6)

  - ALL USA GENERALS
    The very expensive Avenger has been upped a bit.
    * Avenger gives more damage

  - ALL GENERALS
    * Emergency Repair Upgrade is actually useful now:
         upgrade 1 : repairs  250 health on vehicles in a radius of 100
         upgrade 2 : repairs  500 health on vehicles and buildings in radius 125
         upgrade 3 : repairs 1500 health on vehicles and buildings in radius 125

- Powerplants give 25% more.
- laserturrets consumes more power

- China internetcenter health beefed up 20%
- Multiplayer additional startvalues
