Breakdown of my mod

________________________________ things done to weaken allys(late game) ________________________________ #1 I dropped the firing range of the prism tanks(to match range of apocs)(prism=10\apoc=5.75\prism now=5.75[42½%])

#2 weakened the armor and range by 10% for the chrono legionaire.("armor" was 125 now 112 [10.4%] range was 5 now 4.5 [10%])

#3 dropped the armor and strength of weapon for the mirage by 20%("armor" was 200 now 160 [20%] weapon damage was 100 now 80 [20%])

#4 up cost of dolphins $400 ($500+$400=$900) ______________________________________ new units for allys _______________________________________ #1 para drop engineers 6 E1\3 engineers\1 seal #2 flack trooper buildable

#3 president $300 #4 cow shot ifv (with shortened range) #5 war harvester

#6 howitzer $750(light armor) ______________________________________ New buildings available to allied ______________________________________ none ______________________________________ Things i did to weaken soviet _______________________________________ #1 lower range of psychic sensor (was 15----now 10)

#2 lower armor of terror drones by 15%(was 100---now 85) ______________________________________ new buildings available to soviets ______________________________________ #1 spy satelite uplink

#2 Airforce command center ______________________________________ new units for soviets ______________________________________ #1 soviet paradrop 6 E1\3 sengineers\1 seal

#2 chrono miner(advanced...same as allied upgrade)

#3 president $300

#4 ifv (same cost as allys)

#5 cow shot ifv(like a prism tank but stronger shot)

#6 harriers

#7 blackhawk now holds 8 troops or 2 armored vehicle grizzly and rhino or 1 apoc or mcv(gun damage bumped up+10 35+10=45) _______________________________________ upgrades for allys _______________________________________ #1 grizzly tank are now even across the board with rhino(cost\weapon\armor)(early rush defense)[rhino -100 on cost...grizzly +100 on cost]

#2 chrono miner now is super chrono miner(warps everywhere after first trip to refinery)

#3 blackhawk now holds 8 troops or 2 armored vehicle grizzly and rhino or 1 apoc or mcv(gun damage bumped up+10 35+10=45)

#4 amphibious transport has 20mmrapid gun(speed increased+3 6+3=9) _______________________________________ upgrades for soviets _______________________________________ #1 speed upgrade for kirkovs (speed+2 5+2=7)

#2 speed upgrade for V3's (speed+2 4+2=6)

#3 amphibious transport has 20mmrapid gun(speed increased+3 6+3=9)
