A skin replacement for General Locke. This skin was made to resemble Chris Hansen (as seen on "to catch a predator") Do whatever you want with this skin.

Installation:
Exctract the file "c_locke.dds" to your renegade/data directory,
do not rename the file otherwise it wont work.

Uninstalling:
Remove the file "c_locke.dds" from your renegade/data directory and 
the effect of the skin will also be removed
