This is a Mini-Mod that i made that makes everything Build Really REALLY REALLY Fast so i hope you like it.

Step 1: Download then extract the files. 
Step 2: Put INI into your generals ZH Data folder. 
Step 2 Alt: Put files that are in INI into your INI folder. 
Step 3: Start game play it and have fun!
