Features of Mod:

1) No intro

2) Infantry bleed

3) All units/base defenses rapid fire

4) Avengers now attack ground units

5) Generals powers/super weapons instantly reload

6) Enough generals points to buy everything

7) Upgrades build instantly when clicked on

8) Upgrades are "cheap as free"

9) All units faster 

10) All aircraft have unlimited ammo

11) New start up screen picture

12) Rank is some what easier to get

	1) Extract all files
	2) Run installation program
	Note: if it asks to replace a file click "yes"

Uninstallation:
	1) Start
	2) All Programs
	3) Overkill Desperate Tactics
	4) Uninstall Overkill Desperate Tactics
	Note: if it asks to remove a file click "yes"
	5) Repair Zero Hour

1) Infantry may move without moving legs
