If you enjoyed the super popular Quincey, then do we have a treat for you! MickeyC has sent in a fantastic 4 player map that has the Axis forces on the offensive, making due with what supplies they have determined to stop the advancing Allied forces.

The majority of this map is open terrain, there are some trees throughout, but not dense enough to be considered a forest; The Axis have a difficult task ahead of them, but they only need to enforce it until the Panzers arrive...the question is, how long will it take? The bulk of the action will most likely happen at the crossroads, however, in a map as open as this, there is the potential for battles to happen anywheres...

Hailager's Defensive is fairly open with a few easily flanked, but difficult to hold points; So the focus is on vehicle support. Off map call-in areas are also somewhat different, each team's offmap areas are located at the opposite corner of the side of the map they spawn at to introduce another priority. By default the Allies need to keep the roads clear which fork at the farm houses to the North West of the small town and the Axis will need to keep the bridge to the east and the roads which link there open.

Hailager's Defensive, 4P

Commander Ernhard Hailager's company is positioned at an important crossroads to cut off the allied advance through France. Ill equipped, they can only make do with slowing the enemy and hope that they bide enough time until the Panzers arrive.


The map is fairly open with a few difficult to hold, easily flanked points because of this, so the focus is on vehicle support. Off map call-in areas are also somewhat different, each team's offmap areas are located at the opposite corner of the side of the map they spawn at to introduce another priority. By default allies need to keep clear the roads which fork at the farm houses to the north west of the small town and the axis will need to keep open the bridge to the east and the roads which link there. There are 4VPs to encourage drawn out play.
