Installation:

1.) Extract to your Steam\Skins Folder

2.) Run Steam, goto "Settings"

3.) Select "Skins" tab

4.) Select the Skin from the drop down box (default is CSCZFiles, however if you renamed the folder it would be called whatever you named the folder.
