Anix now brings us version 2 of his Artic Terrorist for the Terrorist in Counter Strike: Source! A few improvements have been made to the skin, increasing the overall quality. The skin looks a little odd in some places, but it's a good skin regardless. The only disadvantage with a skin like this is that it only fits in well on artic themed maps like office, and maybe certain urban maps, everywhere else it can look a little out of place. :p
