We have a developer here today that is new to CrysisFiles, but not new to the Network, Serio(Lord_Reno) has made the leap from JKFiles to do his bit for the enjoyment of Crysis gamers; It is out of the urban warzone and into the jungle for you as fight to stay alive in the Broken Paradise.
The North Korean Special Forces are out for blood in this lush green carpet of jungle, keeping yourself among the breathing won't be easy as you move about; A word to the wise, quiet-ness is a good thing...especially if you want to be the one doing the victory dance at the end of it all, as the AI seem to be very adept to this terrain, and they are good at what they do...
If you think you have what it takes to see this to the end, and in one piece, then you'll want to give this a try, keep in mind that this release is an early version, I'm sure there will be more work made to it by the developer, and I'm sure suggestions and/or constructive criticisms would be welcomed; Broken Paradise is a fun map, that comes with the potential to be a memorable map.
Refer to the readme for more information.
NOTE: This was made for Mid-Range and High-End computers, so i cannot assure that Low-End computers will run this map. Specs Tested on: Intel Core 2 QuadCore 2.40 Ghz Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT 512 MB 2 GB Ram Average FPS: 29 on Medium Installation: Extract the folder BrokenParadise to your C:/Program Files/Electronic Arts/Crytek/Crysis/Game/Levels. Start up the game and bring down the console(~ for US, Shift + ½ for EU i think). Write "map brokenparadise" in the console. Without the quotes, of course. Have fun! --- Known Bugs: I forgot to calculate sky accessability so the shadows may look abit odd. Features: The AI seems to react very well to the thick jungle terrain.
