A very nice Badge and Banners pack here. I can see a lot of work has gone into this. Judging from the screen-shots, the b&b's look good. Not to sure about the colour scheme though ;).

Color Scheme (I Dont know how to do teamcolour, but this works great for every race,
except Imperial Guard, which I suggest not to make for Cobra, the other races work great though)
