Dark Crusade Minor Balance Changes Mod attempts to bring the races more in line with each other by small balance tweaks. Also includes some changes that were in Soulstorm version of this mod.
This is based on the Chaplain BugFix mod by anilkocman which implemented most of the fixes that were in Slow_Runner's Dark Crusade NoBrainer fix list, also includes the Dawn of Skirmish AI mod.
