I feel it might be impossible

Steps

step 1: unzip folder
step 2: put the badges into the DoW badges file defaulty found at C:\Program Files\THQ\Dawn Of War\Badges
step 3: put the banners into the DoW banners file defaulty found at C:\Program Files\THQ\Dawn Of War\Banners
step 4: turn on DoW and check them out
