File Description
This looks like a fairly decent map. In my opinion it could use some more detail and a little better object placement, but all in all it isn't bad. Go ahead and give it a try. I made an overhead screenshot for those of you who like those. He also didn't specify where to extract these so just extract them like you would any other map:
