Guardian Squad improvments

To instal just move the files in w40k or wxp or dxp\Data\attrib\weapon
and replease with the folder all´ready there OR save the folder allready there and then replease it and then
when u got tired set in the standard folder.

list of changes...

Increased shuriken catapult accuracy to 1.000000 from 0.750000
Decreased accuracy while moving to 0.250000 from 0.500000
Increased armor penetration by shuriken catapult.
Increased weapon damage by shuriken catapult to 20 max and 12 minimum, from 4 minimum and 8 max.
Increased morale damage by guardian knife to 5.000000 from 1.000000.
increased damage by e´guardian knife by 8 max and 8 minimum from 4 minimum and 8 max.
Increased armor penetration by guardian knife.
Increased minimum damage value to 2.000000 from 1.000000
Decreased Reload time of Guardian knife by 0.150000
