Here is a small mod that adds heretic isadore from dow to the chaos as well as traitor guardsmen,
Heretic Isadore -changed name to Traitor Librarian -added new abilities -corruption -chains of torment -chaos hellstorm (orbital bombardment just renamed) requires deamon pit to activate -can be possessed by the bloodthirster
Traitor guardsmen -added leader, aspiring champion -integrated heavy weapons into tech tree (heavy weps require armory etc)
Readme
To install just place the heretics file and module into your dow directory c:-programfiles-thq-dawnofwarsoulstorm
