"The response to the highly visceral combat action in the original Dawn of War was a huge part of the feedback we received from fans," said Ron Moravek, general manager of Relic Entertainment. "But we also wanted to make sure we listened to what our players wanted more of, which is why we are featuring a very deep single player game and a new race that will give multiplayer games a whole new dimension in terms of strategy."
Dawn of War: Winter Assault is based on the world of Warhammer 40,000 -- the dark, futuristic, fantasy universe from Games Workshop (LSE: GAW) traveled by millions worldwide. For more information on Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War: Winter Assault, please visit www.dawnofwargame.com.
