This week, we get some sweet news regarding a new feature in the Dawn of War II campaign: The Distress Signal. Distress signals are pretty much what you would expect them to be, a call for help from a planet or a specific area of a planet; thus, answer the distress signals will deploy your squad on a mission in that area of the planet.
Before answering any distress signals, there will be a variety of data for you regarding the area that is under attack. In general, you will be given intelligence information of the specific nature of the distress signal, ranging from assassinations, attacking a territory, or simply an all out defense. Also, if there are any Stratagems, you will also be notified of them, along with any rewards for completing the mission.
All in all, since Dawn of War II's single player campaign takes place in a star system with a number of planets you can take battle in, there will be a number of distress signals for you to answer; however, the question is...of that many distress signals, which will you answer?
