Hi mappers, I glad to present you the beta downloadable version of the Map Packager--Decal Extractor 1.0 It is a tiny and usefull pice of sofware coded in java 6.11 allowing to extract any decals from any map.sgb file and package everything needed for you map release to have every decal it should .
