Put the _badge.tga files in the badge folder of DoW.
Put the _banner.tga file in the banner folder of DoW.

Uninstallation: 

Delete the files you put in the badge folder and/or 
the banner folder of DoW.

Tip:

You may want to decompress this pack to a temporary 
folder in order to choose only the badge/banner you 
like to install in DoW.
