Web Administration Service

This is a Web Admin facility for Devastation. Here is what Snout Clan says about it: Quote: One of the things that has been much complained about is the the fact that there is no server web admin facility shipped with devastation. This mod addresses this problem. It allows web administration of the current game settings, game type, and maps as well as kicking and banning players. A web console is also supported. This mod is an on-going development so all suggestions are welcome.
