Hell yeah...the place could be on fire all around me, I wouldn't notice... 45.4% (100)
Nope, I can watch TV, listen to tunes, and still kick ass! 28.1% (62)

It's never happened to date. Might happen eventually, but I've done tons of things at a time along with a game.

Although I have never been that way, I have a friend who constantly does that. I hate it too because that is the way we hang out and if I can't talk to him when we hang then damnit.

oh gawd, how many times has someone walked right up beside you while your playing, and tapped you, and you freak out and try to spin around with the mouse? too many.
