Drop the .pk4 file into your DOOM 3 'base' folder. When the game starts, call up the console and enter 'map beta_labs1'.


PLEASE DONT USE THIS MAP IN A MOD OR MAP PAK WITHOUT MY PERMISION (I dont know why you would want to use it in the first place. I will be the first to tell you it sucks).
