This file provides many astute advices to help you increase your FPS count. The first part guides you in setting up an optimized config file for the game while the second helps you optimize your graphics card.

You will love me after this session of tweaking.

We will begin by decompressing your pak files.
Go to doom 3/base and decompress all the pk4 files using winrar
then recompress them just select fastest compression for a performance boost


Then you will need to open doomconfig in your doom 3/base dir

This is the fun part!!! Copy and paste baby!!! This will make it pretty and fast!!!
