Doom 3 Performance Tweaks

This is a little update to the popular optimizing guide: Kyle has included some references for ATI card owners; yet, he won't tell you where to get a tweaking tool dedicated to them. Having myself a Radeon, I would suggest you to grab the ATI Tray Tools there: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=733; then, you can follow the advices given in this guide to adjust it.
