New version of this excellent mod. Some bugs were fixed, added the Trent Reznor sound pack, jumping height was raised and some changes were made to the plasma rifle. Very nice. Keep up the good work, Mr. Big Mister. :)

Start the game, select Mind-Killer from the mod menu and play away. ===================================================================== What is it? This is a mod for the Doom 3 Single Player only. This mod continues my single player modding projects than include Weapon Mod for Soldier of Fortune 2 and Beyond the Call of Duty for Call of Duty. It doesn't invent the wheel again, it just makes it little better and 'realistic' as possible, but also keeps the game in a playable condition. ===================================================================== 1.1 Features: -Fixed some some bugs. -Plasma rifle holds only 25 rounds but is more powerful to compensate (One Plasma Cell holds 25 shots and the rifle is loaded with one cell). -Implemented the Trent Reznor sound pack into the mod. Used mostly monster sounds. -Player can jump higher. (It's Mars, and though they have gravity generators, it felt too much like any other secret base on earth, so about one third more jumping height won't hurt anyone) ===================================================================== 1.0 Features: -New sound effects for weapons. -Changed some weapons offset on the screen. -No more gibbing. -Only a direct hit from a rocket launcher or BFG will gib a character. -Weapons have no recoil and visualy kick less when shooting. -Pistol fires semi-auto and has little more firepower. -Pistol, Machinegun and Chaingun use caseless rounds (duh, in 150 years they should be very common) -Shotgun, machinegun and chaingun have a tactical light. -Flashlight is more powerful (helps to navigate). -Plasma rifle has a prototype Advanced Environment Illuminator, which lights up very well, but works only on a small area and has a very limited range. -Machinegun shoots faster and its bullets spread wider. -Chaingun shoots way faster, spreads its bullet little wider and has 100 round magazine. -Shotguns pellets spread much tighter and have little more firepower (imp dies from one blast from close range). -Shotgun holds only 5 shells, it shoots little faster and reloads one shell at a time. -Plasma rifle shoots little bit slower, is little bit more powerful, its projectiles no longer kick things around, they leaves smaller delas on the walls, bloody decals into characters and are way faster. -Grenades bounce less and are more powerful. -Rockets are more powerful and fly faster. -Chainsaw, fists and flashlight have little bit more range. -Chainsaw has double the rate-of-fire and dropped the damage to compensate. -Flashlight and fists no longer have blood flying impact effects on character and they knock thing around with less power. -Fists flesh impact sound effect is the same as the default. -Max ammo modified: *100 shells + 5 on the weapon *120 bullets + 12 in the weapon *20 rockets + 5 in the weapon *200 cells + 25 in the weapon *15 grenades *16 BFG cells + 4 in the weapon *300 machinegun rounds + 60 in the weapon *200 chaingun rounds + 100 in the weapon -Ammo names changed: *bullets > Pistol Rounds *clip > SMG Rounds *belt > Chaingun Belt *cells > Plasma Cells *grenades > Demolition Packs *BFG cells > Quantum Cells *rockets > 60mm Rockets (it reads 60mm on the side of the launcher so I took a wild stab in the dark with this one) =====================================================================
