This mod gives napalm guns to the player and monsters. Each napalm round consists of a bullet and a napalm capsule. The bullet does all its damage immediately upon striking a target. The napalm capsule ignites upon striking a target and causes damage as long as it is burning. The bullet and napalm capsule separate in flight and may not strike at the same place.
Napalm Guns/ June 13,06 / by Dc Doom A single player mod which gives incendiary bullets to the player and monsters. Installation: Unzip dc_napalm_guns.zip. Place napalm_guns folder into your Doom 3 directory. Start up Doom3. Select mods at the main menu, then select "Napalm Guns". Uninstall: Delete napalm_guns folder. Customization: Each entity has its own pk4 file so you can delete them if you don't want them or you may be able to move them to another mod. Player weapon pk4s: napalm_pistol.pk4 napalm_shotgun.pk4 napalm_machinegun.pk4 napalm_chaingun.pk4 Zsec guard pk4s: napalm_zsec_enable.pk4: This file must be loaded if you want any napalm zsecs. If you don't load it and you load any other zsec pk4s the game will crash. napalm_zsec_pistol.pk4 napalm_zsec_shotgun.pk4 napalm_zsec_machinegun.pk4 Other monster paks: napalm_sentry.pk4 napalm_commando_chaingun.pk4 napalm_tentacle.pk4 Misc paks: x_crosshair.pk4: This removes the crosshair. If you want the crosshair back delete this file. damage_cyberdemon.pk4: Allows the cyberdemon to be damaged by any weapon. napalm_zombie_burnaway.pk4: Removes zombies who have burned up. Notes: You'll need a decent videocard. If after playing for a while the fire particles turn to black squares, save the game and exit Doom3, then start up Doom3 again and reload the game.
