Installation:

To convert a pk4 to a rar, place the pk4 in a new folder, put a copy of pk42rar.bat in there and run it.
To convert a rar to a pk4, place the rar in a new folder, put a copy of rar2pk4.bat in there and run it.

Do not place the original bat in the folder, since it deletes itself after it does it's work.
All the rars or pk4s in the same folder will be converted.
NEVER run these files in the base folder. EVER.
