This is a open plan map with lots of ramps and trench’s so plenty of snipping points :) I really liked the walkway up top so you can run around shooting to your hearts content !

CTF_CYGNUS rodian314 (a.k.a. pi (3.14159265359879 etc.)) A smallish CTF map for EF2, partially influenced by the design of ctf_voy2. Cool stuff includes forcefield ramps and bridges, elevated walkway rings from which to snipe, and a custom specialties room. Supports all types of EF2 matches (specialties, bomb diffusion, one flag, etc.) To install: Put ctf_cygnus.pk3 in your EF2/base folder Cygnus Arena should appear in the map listings. Other Stuff: My first EF2 map. USed UberRadiant and Pakscape. Took me about a week to build and a few days to hunt down bugs. Full compile took about 3 minutes on a P4 2.4 GHz computer. The bot support works fine, but the bots are fairly stupid. Sometimes they don't even return their own flag. With real people, gameplay should be fast and involve much flag movement. Cygnus is the name of a constellation, also called the northern cross.
