A follow-up to CTF Vor1 for EF1, Vorax felt it was time to deliver the much awaited Vor2 for EF2! Besides having the small honour of being the first (complete) EF2 map ;), the map also contains just what most people are looking for: open and well-designed.
Vor2 takes on a Romulan theme rather than the Voy theme of Vor1. The bases are fairly open with tons of space to move around and frag. A scalable-wall divides the bases on the upper level, while the lower level gives a deceivingly easier access to the bases.
The detail in some places of the map is quite nice. Some good angles and curves. I did feel some sharper lights and a little more colour could have helped the aesthetic side; however, it's not a major issue with me :)

Important Note: Some/most of you might notice slow and choppy gameplay the first time you run the map. If this happens to you, load the map and DO NOT move at all. Do this for about 40-60 seconds, after which FPS should improve. This will only happen the first time you load this map.
Romulan Playground (CTF_VOR2) Hi, thanks for downloading my map. This is my first for EF2. Its a CTF map, but supports HM as well. To install: Place ctf_vor2.pk3 in your EF2\base directory. To play: Start a CTF or HM game as normal and select 'Romulan Playground' off of the list. Credits: Ritual for making the game. No additional textures or models were used, also no beta testers or suggestions. I was on my own with this one....I hope its not broke :| Have Fun!!!
