As with last time, Leviathan is proposed to be a complete starship set in the vastness of space. The ship will consist of around 6 to 7 decks when complete. Currently you can find various rooms you'd find in a normal starship across the first three decks. Since it's just a demo I won't be reviewing/rating it, but I suppose suggestions are welcome on how to improve.

From the last time there was indeed an improvement in FPS.. but still lots more to be done.

Construction start date = The day the EF2Radient was released.
Construction finish date = For the final, I don't know.
For the DEMO v1.1, 1-1-04.
Tools used = EF2Radient (for the mapping), Word (for the scripting).
Installation = Just put the pk3 file in your base file and it should work.
Description =

USS Irish Leviathian:

This is a ship map with probably 6 or 7 decks.  I have so far done some hard work on the Bridge Deck (over Deck 1) and Decks 1, 2, and 3.  Bridge Deck so far has: the Bridge, and the Conference Room.  Deck 1 so far has Sickbay, Engineering (Engineering goes from the Bridge Deck, through Deck 1 and down to Deck 2), Mess Hall, Captains Ready Room (will be moved to Bridge Deck soon, Airlock 1, a Turbolift, an entrance to one of the Jeffries Tubes, and the Armory.  Deck 2 so far has 6 Crew Quarters, Engineering (Engineering goes from the Bridge Deck, through Deck 1 and down to Deck 2), Transporter Room, Turbolift, and an entrance to one of the Jeffries Tubes. Deck 3 so far has Cargo Bay 1, Airlock 2, Science Bay 1 (research area), Turbolift, and an entrance to one of the Jeffries Tubes. It is a good sized ship which will hopefully be an exceptional RPG map with working tactical systems, transporters, shuttles (set up so you can pilot the shuttle craft [finished]), though it is pretty hard to pilot it, functioning communication systems, warpcore ejection systems, lights that can be turned on and off, viewscreen, shields, internal forcefields, turbolifts, science systems, and as many panels as possible having a function (some on the bridge already beep when you use them). The construction of this ship is going to take an estimated 1 half to 1 full year to complete.

V1.1 Demo info:

This Demo v1.1 will probably overwrite the original demo.

Rooms:

#1: New Shuttle Bay.
#2: Star Trek like Hallways on Deck 1.
#3: There is now something at the top and bottom of the Warp Core to make it look more Star Trekish.
#4: (Bug) The confrence Room got messed up somehow and (at least on my computer) only one of the chairs in the room is visible. (not fixed)
#5: More of the hidden wall faces are caulk so there might be slightly less FPS drop.
#6: Some of the textures on doors and walls have been changed.
#7: The doors on some of the boxes in the Armoury have had their opening direction changed.
#8: The lighting in some of the rooms has been improved.
#9: You now have to use a panel on the floor of the Upper Airlock shaft to open the Airlock doors.
#10: There is now a Loung on Deck 3.
#11: (Bug) almost everything in the Loung is invisible. (not fixed)



Shuttles and Fighters:

#1: There is now a flyable Fighter with a with its own design.
#2: Both the Fighter and the Shuttle are located in the Shuttle Bay.
#3: The Shuttle now has Warp Nassels (sp?).
#4: (Bug) The Fighters weapons don't work very well yet. (fixed)
#5: (Bug) The Fighters is harder to fly then the Shuttle, the pannels are messed up. (not fixed)
#6: (Bug) The Shuttle sometimes moves forward with out any provocation. (fixed)
