Virtual Voyager update mod

A quick news item today from [b]DR_Chaotica[/b] who is planning work on a new [b]Virtual Voyager[/b] mod! Here is what he has to say:
    I am pleased to announce I am working on a Virtual Voyager mod. This mod shall contain new decks, holodeck programs, library information and more. since this mod is in early stages of development i will come up with new features for it. However there is an unfortunate problem. I cannot get GTK to work on my computer witch will set the mod back until I figure out how to get it to work. However you can expect some new features and i will be releasing some demos in the not too distant future.
