1024x768 because I play windowed. It defeats the point if I put it in full res.

It also works on 1280x1024 (maybe even more, never tried that), but i prefer the game not to get laggy if we have a mass spawning session on my server lol.

1280*1024 because it is as close to my native screen res (1440*900) as I can get.

to get a custom resolution in EF and any other id Tech 3 or id Tech 4 game type this into the console.
r_customwidth <screen width you want>
r_customheight <screen height you want>
And add slashes at the beginning of the commands depending on the game.

I play at 1280x1024 on my pc since it actually never lags (graphics wise). On the other computer in my house i play it at 1440x900 since it has a widescreen LCD, Looks great on it.

Kickass CRT monitor so i go up to 1600x1200 which is very nice and sharp.
Also helps having a GeForce 9800GTX+ :rock:

For developing and Playing Co-Op Games 1280x1024, native tft res.
For regular gaming 1024x768.

I have an ASUS EEE PC 701 4G running Windows XP... therefore I play this game at 800x480, the max resolution of its 7in display.

I have a 20" monitor, however run Elite Force windowed at 1024x768; since it allows me to access other applications without needing to leave or minimise the game.
