At first, Caves seems like a very confusing map.. one hallway looks like the other.. one room almost like another.. but after walking around a couple time I finally got it ;) There are basically 2 levels to the map, on the top level are four big rooms (or caves) each has a colour: red, blue, green and yellow. Each of these caves have two entrances/exits. One entrance leads to the centre of the map, where you can find a few pickups. The other leads toward the outside of the map and joins a series of hallways that follow the map all around. Each room also has one more hallway that descends into a lower room which is filled with a number of pickups. The map isn't too bad, some of the features were kinda cool! One specifically was the fact that you get to know a vague-ish location on the other team! For example, if the red team is going down the hallway of the Green cave, you get a message saying something like "Red team is in or near the green tunnel". I thought that was a cool idea.. it definitely compensates for the large map. Along the looong hallways, if you shoot at the ceiling lights a door is closed. This again helps to cut long distances short by preventing enemies from shooting behind you as you run along a hallway. Despite these features, I still thought the map was too long and the hallways too small. It gets a bit monotonous running one hallway.. then running another.. then one more..
Bot support is 'ok'. They usually got stuck in the long hallways or in the tunnels. They aren't a lot of use basically ;)
