------------------------------------- - Coded Transporter - Source - - Version 1.0 - ------------------------------------- **** Information **** Author : Phenix E-mail : [email protected] Version : 1.0 Date Released : June 7, 2003 File Name : codedtransporter.zip File Size : 260 KB Build Time : 30 Mins **** Description **** I am building a Starbase map for Elite Force, and needed to have a coded transporter to get into a "non-existant" deck 31 so I built this. This requires the player to activate 4 usables (the code, currently 1-2-3-4) to get transported into the deck. If they get one digit wrong it stops them from being transported to the deck for 30 seconds. Also each digit is only active for 10 seconds, so if in that ten seconds they have not entered each digit of the code, then they cant get in until all digits are reset. The reason I released this was because some people who knew about the "coded" transporter wanted to know how to make one. I hope you find this useful. **** Whats inside this zip **** I have included the .map, a complied version and the number textures & shaders. **** Installation & Using **** Extract the folder "Files" into your BaseEF folder. Open up radiant and open the map "codedtransporter.map".
