What I liked most about this map is that while the layout is similar to the maps that shipped with EF, it has an architectural style all its own. Two bases separated by lava, connected by bridges and jump pads. This is his first map, and it's really quite good. I don't know how much time he spent making it, but it just goes to show you that if you spend enough time on your map, it can be just as good as everyone else's and maybe even better.
Does NOT have bot support.
Title : Holodeck 5's Hargoth Station Filename : ctf_voyH5.pk3 Maps : ctf_voyH5.bsp Author : Ruteger (Ryan Leroux) Email Address : firstname.lastname@example.org Instructions: ------------- 1 ) Extract ctf_voyH5.pk3 into your baseef/ directory 2 ) If the map doesn't show up in the list of maps, open the console (~) and type '/map ctf_voyH5' * Description * My first map, be kind. Two bases separated by lava and bridges and straddled by jump pads. I find it strangly satisfying when you shoot at someone causing them to fall off what they're on into lava or pits, so most of the bridges and platforms don't have railings. * Playing Information * Bot Support : This is my first map. One step at a time people. System: :AMD 1.3 MHz, 256, GeForce2 Made using: :EFRadiant Compile time: :approx 9 Hours (ARGH) * Known Bugs * Two minor errors which I noticed, neither of which have an effect on gameplay: - Flags aren't positioned on their bases properly - 'Lava Wall' Visible partly along edge of map underneath lava surface - Anything Major that I missed?
