More of a big tweak than a mod as it doesn't add any units but....any it basically changes scales of units, health, damage etc. It also increases the population cap to 85 in space(includes alternate cap of 40 if you are experiencing heavy lag). since I'm a fan of space battles that's what I'm changing mostly although I have tweaked other stuff too. YOU CAN NO LONGER USE THE AUTO RESOLVE BUTTON (theoretically anyway)because its just gay in general.

This isnt realy a mod because it only adds two units, its more of a giant tweak, but anyway.
 It basicly changes scales of units, health, damage etc. It also increses the population cap
to 85 in space. since im a fan of space battles thats what im changing mostly although i have tweaked
other stuff too. YOU CAN NO LONGER USE THE AUTO RESOLVE BUTTON (theoreticaly anyway)because its just 
gay in general. 

most people with lower end systems will have trouble when they unit count builds up,
so i have included an extra XML file which reduces the cap to 40...I have play tested this mod with
friends over a LAN connection and it works fine even with the Pop cap full...but i do have higher end
systems so :p

1. unzip to where ever
2. copy the XML folder to C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War\GameData\Data


to uninstall do the opposite of the above...

to use the lowered unit cap XML find the file called Factions.xml and delete it, then rename the
one called LOWEREDUNITCAP.xml FACTIONS>XML

V2.5 A change list

>doubled all capital ship (including ackbar and piets ISD) weapon hard points - so more shots at different targets
>increased level 4 and 5 space station fire power
>made pirate cruiser slightly stronger
>decreased proton torped projectile size, so it looks more realistic compared to the size of bombers
>in skirmish both rebels now start with four corvetttes two gunboats, three nebulon B's and i few fighters to boot
>empire now starts with one venator(spawns four Vwing squadrons) four tartans, one shuttle and one tie squadron.
>removed the shuttles bomb ability as it had no recharge time and could take out a level 5 space station in seconds....ooops
>increased the amount of damage bombers do
>Ackbar now spawns fighters
>reduced reinforcement radius for reinforcements in skirmish.

since last one update list
>increased price of all capital ships (IDS's 45000, Mon Cals 25000)
>increased shielding on all capital ships
>home one increased performance all round
>piet increase energy weapon range and tweaked effect 
>income rates are now a lot faster when u hit lvl4 and lvl5 space stations
>added stardestryer E3 to skirmish cost 85000
>when ships engines are destryed they no longer have the ability to move
>rescaled V-wing
>tweaked a few colours in multiplayer
>increased money to start off with choice 5000-50000
>increased the health and hardpoint healths on all capital ships
>increased the pop value on capital ships
>tweaked both Hyper velocity and planetary ion cannon effects and damages, also changed the price to 15000
>increased power on the " " and " " cannons both will now nearly destry a capital ship.
>decreased number of fighters spawned by victory to six tie squadrons
>Victory health lowered but shields increased + the price too.
>tyderium shuttle now drops siezemic(???) charges, but there is a bug so u can only build 3 shuttles for now.
>tweaked capital ship damages
>empire can no longer build tie fighters after they build a space station lvl 2 or above...they get enough from ISD's
>ISD's have lost the tractor beam ability because i F@/!£"D it up lol, instead they have power to shields.

V 1.2 change list
>reduced Y-wings to 4, for balance issues
>increased mon-cal cruiser scale and damage
>tweaked Lambda shuttle speed and handling
>fighters now at scale 0.5
>decresed ISD limit to 5 
>lowered ISD's health to 5500
>incresed ISDs shileds to 12000
>decreased number of tie fighters in a squadron to 6, for balance issues
>increase income rate in space skirmish at lvl 4 to 550 and lvl 5 to 1100
>made home-one more durable and incresed sight range
>changed tie formation =D
>tweaked AI - made it slightly harder on Hard setting - but it still needs work
>removed deathstar from skirmish - caused ctds for unknown reason
>decresased tractor beam range to 350
>FOUND OUT CAUSE OF BUG IN TRACTOR BEAM- ITS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE CORILLIAN CORVETTE/GUNBOAT AND ITS SPEED BOOST
SO FOR NOW TRY NOT TO USE IT! (i was going to remove it until fixed but its only effected sometimes so....)



V 1.0 change list
>Found bug in tractor beam on ISD's
>added ISD build limit, to stop spamming 
>added the Lambda shuttle to empire in skirmish

I think thats it but could be more, as i did change damage and other stuff for grounds 
battles, but like i said i cant remmember.


If you want a challenge i suggest being empire against 1 hard and 2 easy rebels with no allies
