This mod is intended to fix the issues still in the game after the V1.1 patch. Such as broken AI features, bad or improper sound code, poorly scaled units and/or death clones/brake-offs and more.
FoC Fixes V1.0 This mod is intended to fix the issues still in the game after the V1.1 patch. Make SURE you have the 1.1 patch installed for FoC before installing this. Also make sure you rename, move or delete any folders named XML or Scripts from your Data folder as they can cause problems. How to install: Extract the folders into your FoC folder (Should be C:Program FilesLucasArtsStar Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption) and run the .bat file to play the mod. How to uninstall: Delete the "FoCFixes" folder from your "Mods" folder and delete the .bat file. Fixes: -AI Fixed missing lines in the GC AI's "Upgrade_Starbase" script preventing it from upgrading it's starbases past level 1. Fixed a missing line in the GC AI's "Remove_Smuggler" and "Weaken Enemy" scripts preventing it from being able to deploy bounty hunters to remove smugglers/heroes. Fixed a missing line in the GC AI's "Plant_Spy" script preventing it from being able to deploy Probe Droids. Added heroes capable of removing other heroes (EX: Boba Fett, IG-88) to the "Remove_Smuggler" and "Weaken Enemy" scripts. Fixed the AI scripts calling to build "Death_Star" as part of the empire's tech progression as it's been replaced by "Death_Star_II". Hopefully the AI will now build it. Added "Darth_Team_Executor" to the empire's tech progression so it may try to build it now. Lowered time the AI waits to remove corruption. Underworld AI should wait more between corruption attemps. GC AI will now use Han Solo's "Siphon Credits" ability. Gave the AI more credits as it seems to be a big reason for some of it's inactivity. Space AI no longer sends fighters and corvettes randomly roaming around the map. Changed Space targeting priorities: Bombers now target the biggest ships first. Fighters now go after bombers first. Corvettes target bombers then fighters. Frigates target other frigates and corvettes before fighters and bombers. Capital Ships target the biggest ships first and then smaller ones. SpaceArtillery targets capital ships first then fighters and bombers then everything else. -GC Corrected Thrawn's "Remove Corruption" Ability using the Rebel sound file. Fixed missing code for Han Solo and Veers to be able to remove corruption. (Code was in the units, But not in Game_Constants.xml!) Edited corruption particle effect for better performance. -Units (Space) Fixed mis-scaled death clones and brake-offs. Fixed improper Z offsets on some death clones. Fixed B-wings shooting green lasers. (Should have been red) Fixed rebel and default Z-95 having different stats. Fixed Z-95 firing red lasers when the muzzle flash is green. Lowered fighter size by 10% to reduce clipping problems. Lowered MC30c HardPoint health by half to better match it's text about having little-to-no armor. (It had more HP health then a ISD!) Added Venator-class cruiser to the skirmish docks for the rebels and empire. Changed AI Combat Power on projectiles. Aggressor-class Destroyer has standard capital ship planet restrictions on. -Units (Ground) Fixed tiny scale of Slave I when landing. Made a tweak to the Destroyer Droid scale to better match Urai Fen's comment about their size in one of the Underworld Story Campaign mission's. Increased scale of the AT-AT barge when landing. Canderous Assault Tank now fires 3 shots at a time instead of 2. (To match attack animation) -Text Corrected a large number of text errors. -Other Stuff Reactivated some main menu battle backgrounds. Fixed a bad music trigger. (Lose_To_Zann_1 should have been UND_Lose_To_Zann) Changed zann losing music (Rebel_Lose) to UND_Lose_To_Zann. Feel free to use any part of this mod. Just give credits.
