Island War is a map by _237th_SC_Com_Bly for Empire at War (not Forces of Corruption). This map places two players on a group of islands with base structures scattered among the different islands.
Overall, the map could use some work. There's no skydome at all, and the default water is used for this map. Texturing is pretty bland and odd in some places. This map has a combination of metal, sand, and grass all mixed together into the blender. You have a sandy bank, but then there's an area with a grass texture painted all over it under the water. Prop placement is equally perplexing. Trees are randomly scattered in the water, turbolaser towers are in the water, and you have trees on metal.
This map could offer some nice island hopping gameplay, but the visuals on this map need some improvement.
this time a had a bit more time and builded a map for eaw ( if you want change it in a foc map) it is a map with 4 islands 1 very high 2 are 60 high and 1 is 40 high 2 islands are connacted with eachother the 2 others not there is much ground between the islands that is under 5 high water infatrie will be with their half body in the water you will need a mapeditor to see all walkable places because ( see above this ) of cours you could make it water for repulsorlift vichels swamp you units smart because 2 islands arent connacted population is 9 empire have smaal base and ulimited money rebels have 1 small outpost 1 main base and they have 2 mining facilities and 2 refull pumps they will need to capture the 2 nutral mines and deffense their 2 big mines because its not near turrets
