This is the second patch for Pirates At War 2.0, and adresses balancing issues. Here's a few notes made by dookie23:
Instead just one captial fighting alone I made a squaderon of different ships to make a fleet, they are more expensive and weaker but faster, easier to handle.At the moment, i'm deciding to only implement this in pirate faction.For empire they are stronger and more bulky to conteract the pirates swift speed.
For groundbattles, I fixed the pirate infrantry bug.Next update, will focus on balancing both pirates and empire.
Homeone has been given a new skin, more dark.:)
