Taris- Aftermath of Destruction is a map based at the bottom of a volcano, a realistic one at that. In order to get the volcano on the map, the author made the map bigger. To accommodate the volcano, the match will randomly switch between ash failing and normal weather. This feature adds greatly to the atmosphere of the map. Scorch marks, dead plants, and destructed doodads are around the map to also add to the detail of the map. These new changes make the map a treat to look at.
The bases are less difficult to get through and the terrain is not as flat in the first version. There are now more neutral structures within the vicinity of important structures. The map, as one may have guessed, is based on the planet Taris. The point in history where the map is based is after the point where Admiral Sual and Malak killed off all of Taris to prevent Bastila from escaping. The Sarlacc Pits with radiation around them were removed in this version as there was no need for them regardless.
See if you can cause more destruction! Trying is only a click away.
Taris- Aftermath of Decimation V.2 After several months of thinking my file was not accepted I looked up the name of Taris and actually found it had been downloaded. I read the commentary [thanks whoever is was who reviewed it, or this wouldn't be here] and decided to remake this map. 1. This map should be a challenge... I've added a volcano [about the most realistic I can get it...] and increased the size of the map. The map should randomly switch between ash falling and nothing. There should be several areas of scorch marks and dead plants [as suggested by the reviewer]. The bases are less diffucult to get through to and the terrain is not as flat as the first version of this map. I've placed some of the non-needed structures, slightly within the more important ones, just cuz I felt like it. The location of this place is, of course, Taris. The Storyline is at the point after Admiral Saul and Malak killed off all of Taris to prevent Bastila from escaping. I removed the Sarlacc Pits with the radiation around them [I added them for no reason in the last map]. LEGAL DISCLAIMER- I don't own any part of Star Wars, their games, or any files of theirs. I don't work for them either.
