Readme file for XMLs and LUAs

Simply extract the Config file to your GameData/Data directory and edit the files, they work in the format 
that they are in, so just go modify them and you are good to go.

I am submitting these files as most people are having problems with the Extractor, I hope this helps all of 
you out.
