Anthem has launched on Origin Access

By FileTrekker 4 years ago, last updated 4 years ago

Anthem has struggled to gain it's expected popularity since launch, but despite the various setbacks, including some high profile departures, BioWare continue to commit to the game's development, with the company now offering the game as part of the Origin subscription service.

This means that the game is now available, along with a library of other EA titles, for as little as $5.

The game was released a little over a year and a half ago now, but there's been little turnaround in the game's fortunes in that time. Perhaps the inclusion on Origin will boost the playerbase for the game. In any case, if you happen to subscribe to Origin, you can now check the game out for yourself and see what all the fuss has been about.

The game recently held it's Cataclysm event in august after a lengthy delay, and there's still various bug fixes and improvements coming to the game. It remains to be seen if the game's fortunes can be turned around, and how much, if it all, this move will help with that goal.
