Black Mesa may be out and ready to download, yet you might not realize how big these graphical changes really are. Black Mesa, for the uninformed, is a ground-up reconstruction of Half-Life with redone levels, enemies, weapons, voice-acting, coding, and an added helping of co-op. It’s also gorgeous. That’s why the rogue physicists on Game Front’s Youtube Channel put together a comparison video, showing us the ugly truth. Half-Life hasn’t aged gracefully, but Black Mesa looks pretty amazing.
