Civilization V: One World has appeared in the Steam database, listed as an expansion.

Spotted on the Neogaf forums, this would be the game’s second expansion pack. The first, Civilization V: Gods & Kings, released on June 19, 2012 and included features such as religion, espionage, enhanced naval combat and combat AI, as well as nine new civilizations.

Civilization V hit the Steam Workshop in June 2012, where it has enjoyed a warm reception from the Steam modding community.

We’ve reached out to 2k for comment and received a canned response:

“Thanks for your interest in the Civilization franchise, per company policy, 2K does not comment on rumors or speculation.”

What would you like to see in the next Civ 5 expansion?
