Nobody likes a limit. The ultimate edition of Dead Rising 3 is out on PC but saddled with a capped framerate based on its native console handicap. You aren’t getting the best experience possible without some tweaks. See how to remove the cap and run Dead Rising 3 at 60 FPS — if you’ve got the right instructions.
Dead Rising 3 was optimized for 30 FPS. Adding the custom .ini file isn’t supported by the developers, but shouldn’t cause any adverse effects to gameplay or stability. Still, it’s always healthy to proceed forward with caution when adding files to the installation directory.

To remove the 30 FPS Cap, find the installation directory that contains Deadrising3.exe and create a custom .ini file. Check the steps below;
