Bungie have confirmed in their weekly blog post that there'll be some tweaks coming to Destiny 2's new armor system soon, most of which will be very welcome, including the ability to keep armor mods in their own Collections tab.
The addition, which adds a new tab to collections specifically for armor mods, was apparently intended all long, but due to development constraints took more time than expected, and as such will be delivered with the 2.6.1 patch rather than the main Shadowkeep update.
It'll allow players to see all the available mods easily for a specific armor slot, rather than just discovered ones, and will make it a lot easier to find the ones you've yet to discover by pointing you in the right direction.
In other updates, mods for ammo finder and ammo will become unlocked next season, meaning there'll be no trading or hunting for them required - and Bungie also confirmed that the next season will also reduce the current restrictions on mod stacking, meaning you'll finally be able to use more than one of the same mod to multiply the effect, albeit with increasingly less return each time.
