"IKS"

  • Hello guys! Scorching, burning blond girl here, looking for someone special! My name is Ivana, like Juliet I look for my Romeo. I am young and pretty, hot and intelligent, but alone....oh wait! wrong website...:D I am IKS. I've been visiting this network for years, though I lurked alot and signed in as a guest up until 2005 when the guest commenting was removed. Then I became IKS. I've worked on a few sites down through the years, started on Operation Flashpoint as a comment moderator back in January 2006 for a brief time then moved on to Elite Force Files, again briefly. After a few months of just being away from everything I got a call up from Joelteon7 to help him out at Legacy Files. After spending a good 8 months on that I was made site admin and have been ever since. In late 2007, I was given a post to help out on one of my favourite FF sites, Armada 2 Files! Working there was a great pleasure though I had to leave in March 2008 because I was in my final year of college and needed to knuckle down a bit. At some point not so long ago, Lord Weiner granted me with magical access to the Gaming Forum Moderation Realm - Full of wonderful pixies and flying pink elephants with the odd dinobot ghosting around the place. In essence its a lunatic assylum in disguise. Recently I have being handed the keys to Elite Force Files as the Site Admin there. I have also joined the Solar Files team to help them out so make sure you visit Solar Files or I will kill you all with a Klingon Death Chant! I love working on this network and have made some valuable friends over the years from it! I hope to be around these parts for years to come and hopefully get to know more of you guys. Other than that I guess I'll see some of you around the network ;) If you want to drop me a line then by all means do so! Qa'pla!

James"Dreadlord12"Kerst

  • My name is James Kerst. At the moment I am the site admin for Warcraft3 files as well as DoWFiles. I also help out as a Site Overseer at Starcraft2 files. I started out way back in 2006 as a file poster at Warcraft3 files after months of lurking and trying to find a site that had it all. From there I was promoted to the site admin position on July of this year, shortly afterwards I became the admin over at DoWFiles. You will also find me on the forums as a moderator of the DoW and Warcraft section. My favorite part of the job is working with the members and helping the communities grow. The part of my job that I dislike is never having enough time. So, thats me...

As with last week, we welcome back our very own Network Admin Mr.Funsocks with this week's editorial about World of Warcraft!

  • [i]World of Warcraft: Why? I was sitting down for lunch the other day with my friends. I have never heard these people talk about World of Warcraft before, so I was surprised how they started talking about how they did this quest and ganked other players. Personally, I was shocked; the amount of people that I found out that play this sole video game is astounding. My question is: Why? I am some what of a fan of MORPGs, and when you think about it, a strategy could be considered a small version of this. You have to build up forces and it takes time to tech up and expand. Although unlike a strategy game, MORPGs are meant to be extremely long. I played WoW and I thought it was alright. I would never think about buying it and keep playing it everyday, but it was a well made game. WoW seems to be taking over the world. More and more expansion packs keep coming out and more
